If you want to stay healthy, both physically and mentally, our team of experts highly recommends doing the following:

  • Drink two liters of plain or infused water a day. Remember that tea and coffee do not count as water.
  • Eat 400 grams of vegetables and fruits daily. Try to reduce the consumption of fast food, sodas, and unhealthy snacks.
  • Get at least 7 hours of high-quality night sleep a day. If you feel tired during the day, don’t hesitate to nap for 10-20 minutes.
  • Stay physically active. Exercise at least three hours a week.
  • Spend quality time with your friends and family. Share your thoughts, dreams, and ideas. Discuss your problems and feel free to ask for a piece of advice.
